No. Card verification uses a one-time 1 RON authorization through EuPlătesc, which is cancelled after confirmation. It verifies the card; it does not pay for the lot.

Setting a bidding limit does not charge the auction price to your card either. If you win, KRIT will contact you to arrange the order and payment separately.

Enter the most you’re willing to pay, in whole lei. Your first bid starts at the starting price if no one has bid. After that, automatic bidding uses only as much as needed to keep you ahead, up to your maximum. Other bidders cannot see your limit.

Example: the starting price is 100 lei and the increment is 10 lei. You set a 200 lei limit, so the price starts at 100 lei. Someone else sets a 140 lei limit: the system keeps you ahead at 150 lei. If you win there, your lot costs 150 lei, not 200 lei.

Another participant may already have an equal or higher private limit. The system can respond immediately on their behalf, so an accepted bid does not necessarily put you in the lead. With equal limits, the earlier one takes priority.

To compete again, your limit must meet the next minimum shown on the page: normally the current bid plus the auction’s increment. It may still be beaten automatically. Your own limit can be any whole-lei amount at or above that minimum.

While you’re leading, you can raise your private limit without raising the current price or extending the auction. You cannot lower a submitted limit or withdraw your own bids from the site. Check the amount before submitting and contact KRIT promptly if you make a mistake.

There is no cap tied to a multiple of the current price. A limit of at least 5 times the current price prompts an extra confirmation. If buy now is available, reaching that price instead triggers an immediate purchase, with its own confirmation.

When available, buy now ends the auction immediately and makes you the winner at the displayed buy-now price. Entering a limit equal to or above that price has the same effect; you pay the buy-now price, not any higher amount you entered.

We ask you to confirm before submitting. This commits you to buying the lot, rather than just saving a private limit. The same payment and participation rules apply.

The page shows the start and end dates in Romania time. A new competitive bid accepted in the last 2 minutes resets the remaining time to 2 minutes, giving others time to respond. This can happen repeatedly. Raising your own limit while leading does not extend the time.

When the timer reaches zero, bidding closes and the result may take a moment to be confirmed. The server’s closing time and accepted bids determine the result. Buy now can end an auction earlier. If no valid bids remain at closing, there is no winner.

During a live auction, the page refreshes about every 5 seconds. Your bidding panel shows your private limit and whether you’re leading. The public history lists the highest bids first and marks bids placed automatically on a participant’s behalf.

Being in the lead is not the same as winning. Wait for the confirmed result. If live updates are interrupted, the displayed price and time may be stale; reconnect and check your status. Do not rely only on an email notification to decide whether to bid again.

The highest valid bid at closing wins the whole lot. The winner receives an email, and KRIT will contact them to arrange the order, delivery and payment. You pay the final winning price for the lot, which can be lower than your private limit.

Keep your contact details up to date, check your email and respond to our team. KRIT will communicate the payment instructions and deadline when arranging the order; the verification authorization is not payment for your purchase.

A winner who does not pay by the deadline communicated by KRIT, refuses to complete the purchase or fails to respond within the communicated deadline forfeits the win and is disqualified from future auctions.

Bid only if you intend and are able to pay. If a problem arises, contact KRIT promptly. Do not use another account to bypass a disqualification.

Yes. We reserve the right to remove or invalidate any bid we consider fake, abusive, manipulative or otherwise problematic for the fairness of the auction. This includes bids made without an intention to pay, coordinated price inflation and misuse of multiple accounts.

We may disqualify participants involved in this conduct from the current auction and future auctions. A suspicious bid or activity can be reviewed even if it was initially accepted by the system.

Yes. Auctions are a beta feature. We reserve the right to reset or cancel an entire auction if we suspect foul play or if severe technical issues compromise bidding, timing or the reliability of the result.

A reset may invalidate the previous bids and require participants to bid again. A cancelled auction does not proceed to a sale on the basis of those bids. Check the auction’s status and any instructions from KRIT before taking further action.
